| TEEKY FAN CLUB MEETINGS AT YOUR SCHOOL |

Through conversation with the parents and our fan club members, we have identified some challenges in meeting with Teeky fan club members who are also pupils of your esteemed school. Our Teeky Arena located in Lekki which is also the club house for the fan club members to meet and engage in various activities appears to be too far for the parents to bring their children on a regular basis.Our sales representatives for Teeky Magazine have so far served as the primary point of contact for the children, which we consider in adequate as the Children are not able to benefit from our numerous programmes. We are proposing an integrated system to manage the fan club effectively so the children can enjoy the benefits of being a member of the fan club. Our proposal involves visiting your school once a month. During these visits we plan to have activities such as book club, character building, art and craft, dance, debate, sports etc. We will also organize competition exclusively for fan club members in various schools where prizes will be won. We hereby request that the school management approve one day in a month for us to meet with the fan club members. Our goal is to promote excellence and creativity in children, therefore the Teeky fan club members are our priority. Please communicate the approved date and time on the attached. As we have fan club members in various schools across Lagos, we would appreciate if you indicate three alternative dates to enable us draw up a comprehensive time schedule to fit other schools as well.
